On January 29, 2018, Auditor General Hu Zejun met in Beijing with Miguel Ramirez, ambassador of the Republic of Cuba.

Hu Zejun affirmed that CNAO was ready to enhance cooperation with its Cuban counterpart to promote the development of government auditing in both countries.

Miguel Ramirez said Cuba and China were good comrades, good friends and good partners. He expected even closer cooperation of the two SAIs.

They also exchanged views on the exchange programs of 2018.
