Qin Boyong, Deputy Auditor General of CNAO, attended the 5th Global Audit Leadership Forum (GALF) at the headquarters of the European Court of Auditors in Luxembourg from April 26 to 27, 2018.

At the meeting, Qin introduced CNAO’s practices in real-time audit of policy implementation as well as communication of audit results, and discussed related issues with other SAI leaders.

It was agreed at the meeting that CNAO will host the next GALF meeting in China in 2019.

Representatives from 20 SAIs participated in the meeting and discussed topics of external limitations of performance audits and challenges of communicating audit findings.
