Madam Hu Zejun, Auditor General of China met with Ms. Pamela Monroe Ellis, Audit General of Jamaica on June 13, 2018 in Beijing.

Hu Zejun extended a warm welcome to her Jamaican counterpart. She retrospected the friendly exchanges between SAIs of China and Jamaica, and expressed appreciation for the positive contributions of SAI Jamaica as Secretariat to the development of CAROSAI. Then she expressed willingness to further enhance bilateral and multilateral cooperation and knowledge sharing to promote public sector auditing. She also briefed the recent reform of public-sector auditing management system in China.

Ms. Ellis spoke highly of the positive role of the CNAO in international audit organizations, and expressed willingness to further enhance exchanges and cooperation bilaterally and multilaterally and work together to facilitate capability development of ASOSAI and CAROSAI.
