The 6^th meeting of the 10th ASOSAI Research Project on the topic of "Audit to Detect Fraud and Corruption: Evaluation of the Fight against Corruption and Money Laundering" was held in Ankara, Turkey on 27th-29th August 2014, with the administrative support of Turkish Court of Accounts. A total of 19 delegates from 10 member SAIs participated the meeting. Mr. Recai Akyel, the president of Turkish Court of Accounts attended the opening ceremony, and highlighted the importance and accomplishment of this research project.

The National Audit Office of P. R. China hosted this meeting in the capacity of the Chair of the Research Project. The meeting included several items including review of overall progress of the Research Project by the Chair, presentations by participating SAIs on the 6th part of research, presentation and discussion of the draft report on the 6th part and the outline of the combined project report, and preliminary arrangement of next step .

It is also decided that the 7th meeting of the 10th ASOSAI Research Project will be held in Iran in December 2014.
