A Palestinian audit delegation, headed by Mr. Jamal Abu Baker, Acting Chairman of the State Audit and Administrative Control Bureau of Palestine, paid a goodwill visit to CNAO from July 2 to 8. Mr. Liu Jiayi, Auditor General of CNAO, met with the three-member delegation, with Dr. Dong Dasheng, Deputy Auditor General of CNAO, and officials from the Department of International Cooperation joining the meeting.

Auditor General Liu Jiayi spoke highly of the friendly exchanges between China and Palestine, and highly appreciated the mutual understanding and support in the international audit affairs between the two sides. Mr. Liu expected to strengthen cooperation between CNAO and the State Audit and Administrative Control Bureau of Palestine to share more audit experience.

Mr. Abu Baker thanked CNAO for its invitation and warm reception, and proposed that the two sides sign the MoU of bilateral cooperation to further enhance the audit capacity and promote the development of auditing in both countries. Mr. Abu Baker also invited Mr. Liu Jiayi to visit Palestine at a time of convenience.
