CNAO’s Deputy Auditor General Dong Dasheng met with a delegation from the Supreme Audit Office of Poland (NIK) led by NIK’s President Jacek Jezierski.

On behalf of the CNAO’s Auditor General Liu Jiayi, Dr. Dong Dasheng extended a warm welcome to Mr. Jezierski for his visit to China. Dr. Dong said, the SAIs of China and Poland maintain traditionally friendly and cooperative relations, and coordinate with and support each other within the INTOSAI. Dr. Dong expected that the CNAO will be supported by NIK when hosting the INCOSAI XXI next year. Dr. Dong also introduced the CNAO’s implementation of key audit projects in the past two years.

Mr. Jezierski thanked Dr. Dong for the warm reception. He said the purpose of his visit to the CNAO is to push forward the further development of the friendly and cooperative relations between the two SAIs. With the two sides enjoying a solid foundation of cooperation, Mr. Jezierski proposed further exchanges and cooperation between the two SAIs at the working level. He also wished the INTOSAI Governing Board meeting to be held in Chengdu, China later this year a great success.
