On April 13 2011, Mr Liu Jiayi met Mr Kim Hwangsik, Prime Minister of the Republic of Korea in Beijing.

Mr Liu congratulated Mr Kim Hwangsik on his appointment as the Prime Minister and expressed his appreciation for Mr Kim Hwangsik’s contribution to the fast growth of ASOSAI when he was heading the Secretariat of ASOSAI. Mr Kim Hwangsik wished Mr Liu Jiayi and CNAO every success in hosting the XXI INCOSAI in 2013.

The Prime Minister was performing an official visit to China at the invitation of Mr Wen Jiabao, Premier of China. Mr Kim Hwangsik was the Chairman of the Board of Audit of the Republic of Korea before he became the Prime Minister in October.
