Mr. Zhang Tong, Director (at the rank of vice minister) of Central Office of Accountability Audit, attended the Sino-Russian Bilateral Audit Seminar held in Moscow and St. Peterburg in Russian Federation from 7th to 11th April and visited the National Audit Office of Mongolia from 13th to 14th April, 2016.

According the the Sino-Russian Bilateral Memorandum, a bilateral professional seminar is held every year. In 2016, "the Role of the SAIs in the Government Authorities System and Civil Society Assessment of the Government's Activity" and "The Performance Audit of Government Invested Big Projects" were held separately in Moscow and St. Peterburg. Mr. Zhang Tong introduced the accountability audit and the public invested projects audit in China. More the 100 people attended the seminar which was very successful and fruitful.

After the seminar, Mr. Zhang Tong visited the National Audit Office of Mongolia (MNAO) and met Mr. Zangar Ayur, the Auditor General of MNAO.
